Cancellation & No-Show
Full rental payment is taken at time of booking. Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total rental amount: 31+ days before pickup: No fee — full refund
15–30 days before pickup: 25% cancellation fee
8–14 days before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
7 days or fewer / no-show: 100% cancellation fee Early returns are non-refundable. Late collections do not extend the rental period.
Standard cancellation fees apply in the event of a Force Majeure event.

Earliest check in is 12.00pm or 9.00am depending on your accommodation. Latest check in is 8.00pm or 11.00pm depending on your accommodation. We kindly ask that you check out by 5.00pm.
