Cancellation & No-Show

Full rental payment is taken at time of booking. Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total rental amount:

31+ days before pickup: No fee — full refund

15–30 days before pickup: 25% cancellation fee

8–14 days before pickup: 50% cancellation fee

7 days or fewer / no-show: 100% cancellation fee

Early returns are non-refundable. Late collections do not extend the rental period.

Standard cancellation fees apply in the event of a Force Majeure event.
